A smoky, BBQ-style bell pepper relish, tangy with a hint of sweetness. Hand made in small batches from a bell pepper base.
Spoon it onto boerewors rolls, braai meat, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, kota and breakfast dishes, or serve it on the side with any savoury meal.
Ingredients
Bell peppers, onions, garlic, sugar, spices, oil, flavourant, vinegar, citric acid, thickener.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry cupboard. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months.
