We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Shipping is handled through Bob Go, which selects a trusted courier for every order, with click-and-collect pickup points from Pargo where available.

Bob Go (formerly uAfrica) aggregates South Africa's leading couriers and picks the best fit for each order. Live rates are calculated at checkout, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

Click & collect
Where offered for your area, choose a Pargo pickup point at checkout and collect your parcel at a convenient store near you. You are notified by email and SMS when it arrives.

Each Member prepares and packs your items, then hands the parcel to a courier through Bob Go. Bob Go compares the courier panel by destination, weight and speed and books the most suitable service automatically. Your shipping fee is calculated live at checkout from your cart and delivery address, with no hidden costs added later.
Lead times
- Dispatch: most Members dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation.
- Main centres: usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Regional & outlying areas: usually 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
Delivery windows are estimates from our courier partners and can vary with location, stock and peak periods.
Orders from more than one Member
Every product here is sold by a Proudly South African Member. If your order contains items from more than one Member, it may arrive in more than one parcel, each shipped and tracked separately. You are not charged extra for this, the checkout total already reflects it.
Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel is collected by the courier you receive a waybill number by email and SMS. Track its progress any time on the Track my order page, or from Order history in your account.
Costs
Shipping is priced per order at checkout based on the live courier rate for your cart and address. Some Members run free or flat-rate delivery promotions, which are applied automatically when they qualify.
