A bell pepper sauce with habanero heat and a fruity, floral finish. Hand made in small batches from a bell pepper base.
Use it as a cook-in sauce, marinade, dip, dressing or finishing sauce with grilled meat, chicken, seafood, vegetables, pasta, stir-fries, burgers, potjie and braai dishes.
Bell peppers, onions, garlic, habanero peppers, bird's eye chilli, paprika, spices, citric acid, salt, vinegar.
Store in a cool, dry cupboard. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months.
