Hannay's Sauces Harissa is a Tunisian-style chilli paste made with sun-dried chillies, garlic and spices. It is fiery and aromatic, and comes in a 1 L tub. It is best used as a wet rub, giving roast chicken a smoky kick, and is made locally.
