How to use

• Remove the mouth piece from the shrink wrap.
• Clip the clear actuator (attached to the mouth piece) onto the valve stem of the aerosol can.
• Place the mouth piece over your mouth, breathe in deeply holding down the actuator nozzle for 1 to 3 seconds.
• After inhaling, hold your breath for 3 seconds.
• It is not recommended that product is used continuously for more than 4 one-second bursts per 24 hours.
