This rose water toner is suitable for all skin types yet especially good for dry skin. Rose hydrosol is a byproduct of the rose essential oil steam distillation, remaining after the oil is extracted from the petals. It is fragrant and retains moisture, making it an excellent choice for hydrating skin and hair.
Apply rose water onto cotton ball/pads and gently spread on your face. You can also use your hands to apply it onto your face or spray it on your face. Avoid the eye area. It is advisable to use toner immediately after cleansing the face before applying any serums, moisturisers, etc.
