How to use:

• Moisturising: Apply once or twice per day or as often as required.
• Dry skin, chapped heels: Apply to affected area 2 to 3 times a day.
• Tired, sore and aching muscles, feet, legs: Massage upwards or in circles.
• Backache, neck and shoulder tension: Massage away from the spine, outwards and in circles.
• Cooling, relaxing and soothing: Massage in circles.
• Insect bites and stings: Apply to the area 2 to 3 times a day or more frequently if required.
• Feet and legs: Apply very gently to feet and legs twice daily, from the ankle upwards, and more frequently on long flights.
• Runners, cyclists, and sportsmen: apply to legs before and after sport and massage muscles after sport.
