Nela Kahle Art and Crafts – Trading Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services, workshops, training courses, and products provided by Nela Kahle Art and Crafts. By purchasing from us or registering for our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Sales

Handmade Products: All products are handmade and may have slight variations. Orders are processed once full payment is received.

Custom Orders: Lead times for custom or bulk orders will be communicated upfront. No returns on custom-made items.

Prices: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery:

Standard courier or PEP delivery options apply.

Delivery fees vary based on location and product size.

We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

3. Workshops and Training

Registration: Training is confirmed only once payment or deposit is received. First come, first served basis.

Fees: All training fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made 7 days before the start of the program.

Cancellations:

If cancelled by Nela Kahle Art and Crafts, participants will receive a full refund or may reschedule.

No refunds for missed sessions or non-attendance.

Participation: Some programs require participants to bring their own materials. This will be communicated in advance.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: Cash, EFT, mobile payments, or online links via WhatsApp or social media shops.

Deposit Policy:

Some services (e.g., training kits, bulk orders) require upfront deposits.

Balance due before delivery or on the first day of class.

5. Certification & Assessment

We offer accredited training under NQF Level 4 standards.

Final certification is subject to successful attendance, participation, submission of assessments, and payment of full fees.

A separate fee applies for formal SETA assessments and moderation.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, designs, and course content remain the intellectual property of Nela Kahle Art and Crafts and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for injuries or damages incurred during training, use of products, or travel to/from workshops. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
