SWEET & TART RASPBERRY PUREE WITH FLORAL UNDERTONES & WOODY NOTES
Nettari premium artisanal craft puree is formulated with concentrate extracts, with natural fruit fibres & oils that are visible in the puree, adding exceptional taste to both sweet & savoury foods & drinks.

Applications: Cold blended: craft sodas, coolers, mocktails, cocktails, milkshakes, Iced blended: fruit crushers, sorbets, machine blended: granitas, slushies
Blending instruction: Cold blended
Craft sodas: Fill 350ml serving glass with ice, and add 3 small clear scoops (45ml) of Nettari puree and top with soda,
lemonade, or Sprite.
Coolers: Fill 350ml serving glass with crushed ice and add 3 small clear scoops(45ml) of Nettari puree, Top with water.
Milkshakes: Fill 350ml serving glass with milkshake base ice cream or similar product and add 1 large clear scoop of 75ml Nettari puree
Cocktails & Mocktails: add flavour to your favourite drink with 2 small clear scoops (30ml) Nettari Puree.
Blending instructions: Ice blended
Fruit crushers: Fill the blender with a heaped 350ml cup of ice and 4 extra blocks. Add 1 large clear scoop 75ml of Nettari puree and blend until smooth.
Sorbet: Fill the blender with a heaped 350ml cup of ice and 4 extra blocks. Add 1 large clear scoop 75ml fruit juice and l large clear scoop 75ml of Nettari syrup, blend until smooth.
Ingredient list: Sugar, water, raspberries, stabilisers: (E1422, E415), acidity regulators: citric acid, ascorbic acid (E330, E300), natural colourants: black carrot concentrate (E330), flavourant, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202)
