Shipping Policy
All shipping and collection of products is subject to availability. Requests will usually be processed within 24 hours. If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping is confirmed by way of email notification. You will receive a tracking/Waybill number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery time is calculated in working days (not including weekends and public holidays) from despatched time of goods, not order of goods.
Please provide us with a physical address and contact number. Please note out-of-area destinations will be quoted for delivery. While we take every care and make every effort to make sure your parcel arrives timelessly and in good order, we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by third parties such as the post office or courier company. Refund Policy
For obvious hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on intimate items.
In case, you changed your mind: If the parcel is still on the way to you, have not been collected or it has just arrived, but you have not opened the courier bag yet, you can return the products for a credit voucher or refund. We will charge a 10% handling fee on all returns, but before we can give you a credit voucher or refund, the parcel/item will need to return in good, sealed condition. These checks are to ensure the product has not been opened and tampered with. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty.
If a product was damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent, please contact usimmediately for a quick solution.
