Shipping Policy (South Africa Only)
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

2. Courier Delivery
We ship nationwide via reliable courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing, or Aramex).

Delivery times vary depending on location:

Major Cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA, etc.): 2–5 business days.

Regional Areas & Remote Locations: 5–7+ business days (subject to courier delays).

3. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays (e.g., courier backlogs, customs checks, incorrect addresses, or weather disruptions) may occur.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you and assist in tracking it.

4. Failed Deliveries & Address Changes
Ensure your shipping address is correct—failed deliveries due to incorrect info may incur additional reshipping fees.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt 2–3 deliveries before returning it to us (restocking fees may apply).

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will assist with claims or reshipment (if stock allows).

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we only accept returns or refunds for:

Damaged/Defective Products (e.g., leaks, broken seals, incorrect items).

Unopened & Unused Products (in original packaging).

We do NOT accept returns for:

Opened or used skincare/healthcare products (for hygiene reasons).

Change of mind or incorrect product selection.

2. Return Process
Step 1: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with order details + photo/video proof (if damaged).

Step 2: If approved, we will provide a return authorization and courier instructions.

Step 3: Return the product (unopened/defective) at your cost (unless our error).

Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process a refund/replacement within 5–10 business days.

3. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued via EFT or store credit (your choice).

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Product Safety & Packaging
Glass Jars: Secured with bubble wrap to prevent breakage.

Plastic Bottles: Sealed to avoid leaks.

If received damaged, do not use—contact us immediately.

5. Wellness & Healthcare Products
Due to regulatory compliance, all health supplements & wellness products are FINAL SALE unless defective.
