Make-a-jam

A unique powder mix used with fruit to make near-instant jams, chutneys, marmalades, pie and tart fillings in desired quantities at home, using almost any fruit. (Recipe leaflet inside the box). Using with a high fruit content results in jams superior in taste to commercial jams, but energy-reduced by about 60%. 200 g of powder makes 1 Liter of jam.
