Vendor Information

All returns of the Heat Locker Bag require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the product is sent back.

RMA Eligibility

An RMA will be approved if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The item was damaged on delivery

  • The incorrect product was supplied

RMA requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Eligible RMA Claims

RMA requests will not be accepted for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence

  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect heat-retention performance

RMA Request Procedure

  1. Contact customer support with proof of purchase.

  2. Provide a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product.

  3. Once approved, an RMA number and return instructions will be issued.

  4. Products returned without an RMA number may be rejected.

Inspection & Resolution

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • Approved claims will result in a replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

  • Processing time is 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect.

  • Replacement shipping costs will be covered for approved defect claims.
