Directions:

Step 1 : For your first application, roll the product between your hands or on a hard surface to allow the product to soften & loosen.
Step 2 : Push the product up from the bottom of the stick.
DO NOT push out more than you need.
If you do by mistake, do not push the product down with your hand, rather tap the stick onto a hard surface to allow the product to drop back into the tube.
